First of all detailed meeting is conducted with client to discuss their project in detail.This is initial & important step to collect required information to build a project according to the client requirements.
After meeting with client our team discuss the project in depth. This include overall evaluation of project in terms of cost as well as feasibility point of view to make sure project run smoothly.
Once the project is analyzed & decided to work on it. The project manager & team is assign to monitor the project.
Once project is completed. A detail QA/QC testing is performed to make sure that it is up and running smoothly and work according to the industry standards.
The final step is handing over the finished product. We make sure to deliver the project on time before deadline is due.
